1) WHAT IS AN INCUBATION HUB..?
• Business incubators are institutions that support entrepreneurs in developing their business
,especially in initial stages.
• These are organizations geared towards speeding up the growth and success of start-ups and
early stage companies.
• Incubation is usually done by institutions which have experience in the business and technology
world.

2) T-HUB-II

• T-hub, a collaborative effort by the Telangana government and academic institutions is aimed
at catering not only to local entrepreneurs but also act as a gateway for Indian startups to
access foreign markets and the other way round.

• The state it ministry is currently engaged in discussion to rope in

3) AIM:

• To use design to the fullest to simplify the human lifestyle and to engage creative minds in
innovating and experimenting with the design process and to understand its vast possibilities.

4) OBJECTIVE:
• Designing a creative & simulating environment for an incubation hub that promotes and
accelerates possibilities of new collaborative opportunities with spaces that can be
reconfigured to meet technology & spacial demands.

5) THRUST AREA:
• Special physical requirements with sustainability.
• This design will be based on all sectors related to
startups, integrated working modules, current trends.

6) SCOPE:
• It will create a collaborative space, and will work
• independently and also with help of a consultant.
• It will create a environment, that the designer of particular field would be a trans
disciplinary working and incubate such ideas into meaning full &manageable enterprises.
• It also encourages casual conversational opportunities in open and pleasant spaces.

This design help to unite many start up companies in different field like internet,
bioscience,computerhardware,nanotechnology,Advancedmaterials,arts,aerospace,tourism,
media, Fashion

WHERE:
This typology will be created in hi-tech city where India's 15% it parks are present

HOW:
This design is purely based on circulation pattern where it gets classified into private,
semi private, public groups.

WHO:
Here mainly it field will be getting benefited, than other community groups

WHEN:
Within completing this structure is starts to incubate nearly 270 companies finally it will
provide a start up for nearly 1000 companies.
