Delivery of -20- units Personal Computer, branded, brand new”.

• Invitations to Bid/Request for Expression of Interest should follow the required
content for advertisement as prescribed in Section 21 of the IRRs of
RA 9184

• Step 2 - Notice Description – must contain the information indicated in the


Invitation to Bid/Request for Expression of Interest

• Attachment to the Bid Notice shall be the Bidding Documents/Request for


Expression of Interest (for Public Bidding) and Request for
Quotation/Proposal (for AMP such as Shopping) as prescribed in
Section 17.5 of the IRRs of RA 9184
Requirements for Posting
in PhilGEPS

Sec. 8.2.1.b.
Procuring entities shall post the Invitation to Bid for Goods and
Infrastructure Projects or the Request for Expression of Interest for
Consulting Services, in the electronic bulletin board in accordance with
Section 21 of this IRR.

Sec. 17.5
The procuring entity shall also post the Bidding Documents at its website
and at the PhilGEPS website from the time that the Invitation to Bid/Request
for Expression of Interest is advertised. Prospective bidders may download
the Bidding the Documents from any of the said websites; Provided that,
bidders shall pay the fee for the Bidding Documents upon submission of
their Bids.
