History of real estate in Bangladesh

The real estate business started in Bangladesh in DHAKA


in late 70’s.there were fewer than 5 companies
started business during 1970’s

In 1991 only 11 member was formed a association


real estate and housing association of Bangladesh(.REHAB)
to strengthen the role of real estate

The current member of REHAB is 713 developers .
