graduation, with scanned picture, and “For Board
Examination Purposes Only” remarks

 Four passport-sized colored pictures with complete
nametag and white background
 Current Community Tax Certificate
 Original and photocopy of marriage contract
 Register early at the Professional Regulation
Commission (PRC).
 Take the registration period as a way of
communicating with schoolmates and knowing
their preparations to take some of the pre-exam
jitters away.
 Be courageous to ask PRC personnel for
clarifications of directions, guidelines, and the
like.

examination day.
