Rural NBFC (Non Banking financial companies) headquartered
in Mumbai India.
• NBFC has 1000+ offices spread across 1 in every 3 villages across
India with a total of more than 4.7 Million customers till date.
• Mahindra Finance started on January 1, 1991, as Maxi Motors
Financial Services Limited.
• On November 3, 1992, Mahindra Finance changed their name to
Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited.
• In 1993 commenced financing Mahindra & Mahindra Utility vehicles
• In 1995 started its first branch outside Mumbai, in Jaipur

conclsuion
• There has been an increase in the fixed deposit investment by
investors in last year's but still it is very low as compared to NBFC
and majority of the market is still untapped. The main reasons for
less growth of fixed deposit are the lack of awareness of the
benefits of fixed deposit
• Mahindra finance should expertise their staff that will be able to help
investor’s in selection of a scheme which is in accordance with their
investment objectives.
• with full support for the investors in terms of advisory services, ensure full
disclosure of related information to investor, proper consultancy should be
given by companies to the investors.
• a further scope for our market to grow which makes fixed deposit
investment attractive today's to invest in with a view to keep investment
for long run.

• Companies should make aware investor about online
mode of investments which will further save their time
and cost.
