Father and I were going to Davao for an

exciting summer vacation. It was my first time

to ride in an airplane. I sat by the window so I
could clearly view the beautiful sights down the
earth. The plane flew over some wide, grassy,
green plains. I saw two, long, narrow rivers
which looked like white threads on the ground.
Several huge, majestic, purple mountain ranges
fascinated me.
We also passed over some enchanting, deep, blue
bodies of water. It took me only one, short,
exciting hour of air travel to see some of the best
parts of my country.
