What is Inspiration?
The word Inspiration literally means
“God breathed” in the Greek. It means that
which is breathed into with life or to inflate
with life.

To inspire means to activate, stimulate,

energize, illuminate, motivate by divine
influence.

 What is Leadership?
Leadership is the capacity to influence others
through inspiration, motivated by a vision,
generated by a passion, created by a purpose.

1. Because the source of leadership is inspiration.

“Forprophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God
spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.” 2Pet.1:21
2. Because people need inspiration to work well and
achieve high goals.

“For this reason we also thank God without ceasing, because when
you received the word of God which you heard from us, you
welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of
God, which also effectively works in you who believe.” 1Thes. 2:13
1. By asking the Holy Spirit to teach and inspire you.

“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my
name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance
all that I have said to you.” John 14:26

“So then, we do not speak in words taught by human wisdom, but

in words taught by the Spirit, as we explain spiritual truths to
those who have the Spirit.” 1Cor. 2:13
