What is MS Project?
Microsoft Project is a project management software program which
is designed to assists us to plan, assigning resources to task,
tracking progress, managing budget and etc.

A work program or work plan is an outline of a set of targets/goals


of which a person can accomplish in a project. It also offers the
reader a better understanding of the scope of the project.
