ORGANIZATION CHANGE:

Organization change is both the process


in which an organizational changes its
structure, strategies, operational methods,
technologies or organizational culture to
affect change within the organization and the
effects of these changes on the organization.
Organizational Development:
It is an objectives based approach to
systems change within an organization.
Organization development enables
organizations to build and sustain a new
desired state for the entire organization.
Changes to be done in the organization:

Case 1) To maintain attendance record with


biometrics.
Case 2) Fixing Surveillance.
Development:
1)Helped to fix the salaries according to
their time of work done.
2)Changed the behaviour of the
employees in the organization (loyal, fear,
respect & responsibilities etc.)
3)It leads to the extraordinary services.
