About Aparajitha

 Aparajitha is a leading HR Compliance Services company focusing on


Labour Compliance Audit, Establishment Compliance, Factory
Compliance, Mines Compliance, Contract Labour Compliance, Industrial
Licensing, Flexi Staffing, Payroll Processing, Payroll Compliance as well as
providing Consultation & Legal Opinion. We have a presence in all the
states and union territories of India and are recognized as the experts in
Labour and compliance laws and their complexities. Our large list of
clientele ranges from start-ups to reputed large companies across all
industries and segments.
Changes occurred in the organisation

 Aparajitha was started in the year 2000 with a humble beginning of just 11 people and a
branch.
 At first they began by providing flexi staffing services for clients in Tamil Nadu. After that
the organization started expanding with the services of Labour Compliance Audit,
Establishment Compliance, Factory Compliance, Mines Compliance, Contract Labour
Compliance, Industrial Licensing, Payroll Processing, Payroll Compliance respectively.
 Recruitment policy- Freshers were allowed to take part walk in interviews. Then the policy
changed as experienced candidates and the candidates who were the interns in
Aparajitha are eligible for walk-in.
 Bio metric system for attendance (2013)- previously the attendance was maintained by
the respective persons with excel sheets. Then it was changed to biometric attendance
system and each personnel is given access with their fingerprints.
 Compfie 2019- the wide based global solution that smartly monitors the compliance
status.
Development followed by the change

 Within a matter of 15 years, the company grown and transformed into a


renowned HR compliance services provider with more than 1200 + core
employees, and serving over 700 clients all over India with 4 branches in the
cities such as Madurai, Chennai, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Ahmedabad.
 Recruitment policy- The change in recruitment policy minimized the time and
effort spent on new joiners.
 Introduction of bio metric system helped in easy handling of attendance data
which results in effective payroll administration.
 Compfie compliance software enables companies to track, govern and take
care of the regulatory requirements.

LIMITATION

 Hence the data for this presentation was collected from employees of
various departments orally, and I was not allowed to verify any documents
regarding this.
