1. Course Outcomes
Students who successfully complete this course will be able to:
• Understand various screw thread forms and the principal of various gears terms
• Draw detailed schematic and simplified threads
• Draw a cam profile, given a displacement profile drawing
• Understand the elements of a detail drawing and the parts of an assembly
drawing
• Use imperial and SI units and standard scales to produce engineering drawings.
• Ability to implement construction, design processes and other engineering
projects easier and efficiently
• Ability to do innovation, invention, developments and production of
engineering products smartly and efficiently with systematic drawing
• Understand and Construct Machine Parts with Auto CAD Software
