When in comes of baking or cooking it is a
science and art, and in science accuracy
counts precisely. Measuring ingredients
makes the difference on how your recipe
turns out.

One way of measuring ingredients is


by using measuring tools/devices.
Sets of measuring

ingredients.

How to Measure Ingredients Correctly
Flour
Most cake recipes call for sifted flour.

the kitchen. And with practice, every cook
