Human Resource Management (HRM) is an operation in companies designed to
maximize employee performance in order to meet the employer's strategic goals and
objectives
Human Resources, include administrative services, recruitment, job analysis, and
employee relationship management. These HR practices are in place to support
management and staff in their day-to-day business activities, and are important to
meet an organization's goal. The human resources function in a business of any size
is responsible for payroll management, employee data maintenance, and risk and
compliance management.
HR ensures that efficient management of resources and operational risk control
measures are in place to keep up business activities.

2) Lack of strong features to convert non-internet users as potential clients.

that focuses on recruitment, management, and providing direction for the
people who work in the organization. Human Resource Management can
also be performed by line managers”.
• Nadler (1979) made a distinction between human resource utilization and
human resource development. He stated that human resource utilization
covers traditional functions of personnel administrations, whereas human
resource development includes mainly training, education and
development.

various HR functions as they impact on adding value to the organization.
Value reflects the standards within an institution. He define values as
general criteria, standards or guiding principles that people use to
determine which type of behaviors, events, situations, and outcomes are
desirable or undesirable.
