    What is PAUSE?

    - Look for hazards before you start a job


    WHAT HAS CHANGED?
    - Use Hazards symbols as guides 1. People?

    - Put controls in place 2. Activities nearby?


    Unexpected events?
    - PAUSE the job and make sure controls are still in place
    3.

    4. Scope?
    - Everybody satisfied – proceed with the activity. 5. Exposures?

    If you see something is not right, STOP, put it right.
