 Scrum is a project management methodology which
establishes principles and process to improve
delivery.
 The mail goal of Scrum is to increase communication,
teamwork and speed of development.
 Scrum is not really a project management
methodology but a framework for the ongoing
development and maintenance of complex products.

 Scrum team roles.
 Scrum events.

 Kanban is fitting for projects with
smaller teams, who need a flexible
approach to delivering a product or
service. Additionally, Kanban is great
methodology for personal
productivity purposes.

 It operates on six general practices,


which are:

4. Making policies explicit.

Conclusion
■ Following a project management methodology will not guaranty the
success of a project. But it can help to organize the projects into a
structured, streamlined process. Additionally, It increases the
possibility to make team collaboration more efficient and projects
become better organized.
■ There is no good or bad methodology, simply there are project
management requirements that must be met in a different way.
