UNDERSTANDING TIME
 Time is perceived as:
 constant
 illusion
 real

 It is relative

 Time as a ‘fourth dimension’

 Provides another coordinate: Direction.

WHAT IS TIME TRAVEL ?
 Concept of movement between certain
points in time analogous to movement in
space.
 Typically done using a ‘Time Machine’

 Recognized concept in philosophy and fiction

 Very limited support in theoretical physics

 Only in conjunction with Quantum Mechanics

or Einstein-Rosen Bridges.
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE?
 Travelling at speed of light.
 Through the Wormhole

 Super massive black holes

 Cosmic strings

 Time machines

 Infinite cylinder
TRAVELLING AT SPEED OF
LIGHT
 In accordance with Einstein’s theory of
relativity
 Time slows down or speeds up depending
upon how fast you move relative to
something else
