EVIDENCE LIVE LONGER

Hi everyone.

There is no exact formula to live longer, nor is


it entirely true, that one cannot live longer;
however, based on my experience, we can
follow some indications such as:
• You should keep a balance among family and your personal
needs.
• They have to be alert to any symptoms to not get sick
• You must ask for help when you need something out of your
reach, for example to a doctor
• You must put your health in the hands of professional people.
• They have to maintain a balanced diet.
• You should eat vegetables, fruits and other foods in
moderation
• You must have a healthy rhythm of life.
• You should exercise in the park or in a gym one hour daily
• They have to be constant in their projects and in the good of the
others
• You must have a good relationship with all your family and
friends to be more cheerful.
• You should go to the doctor every month even if you are not
sick…With this you have no risk of suffering from any serious
illness.
• They have to leave the cigarette, the liquor and other things to
take care of the health
• You must not follow the recommendations of inexperienced
people when you are sick
• You should move away electronic equipment such as cell
phones, computers and television.
• You must forgive others
• You should do things that develop your mentality for be more
intelligent and dedicated.
• They do not have to self-medicate
• You should not be sad in difficult times; you must do things
that lift your spirits.
• They have to head the recommendations of the doctors
• You must not faint if it is difficult to remove things that harm
your health.
• One important thing is to always be up to date with new
recommendations from nutrition experts, you should always read new
exercise techniques on the internet or magazines and something that
I recommend myself, is to erase from your mind the duty, if you want
to do it, what can do it
