Conclusion
The following conclusions can be drawn from the study thus conducted:--
• The demographic factors have no significant impact.
• Commitment and transactions do not have a significant impact on the
engagement levels independently. However, when clubbed with
relationships, the model show significant linear relationship.
• Relationships independently have a significant linear relationships with
the engagement levels in the IT Sector.
• Commitment is seen to have a negative association.
• Infosys has the highest frequency of engaged employees whereas
Amazon shows the least engaged employees based on the descriptive
analysis.
• Finally, the word clouds show maximum presence of word interactions
and communications suggesting that these factors are the most
significant in understanding of various variables under study and same is
depicted by the frequency of transactions in the coding of the data.
