Amoksisilin (gol penisilin)

• MK : menghambat sintesis
mukopeptida dinding sel bakteri
• Indikasi : infeksi telinga, hidung,
reproduksi dan saluran kemih,
kulit
• ES : -
• KI : pneumonia, bakterimia,
perikarditis
• KO : 500 mg/tab
• Ds : 3x sehari 1 tab
Levofloksasin (gol. Floroquinolon)

• MK : menghambat sintesis DNA bakteri

• Indikasi : ISPA (infeksi saluran
pernafasan bag atas) dan ISK (infeksi
saluran kemih)
• ES : pusing, sakit kepala, insomnia
• KI : gangguan pada tendon
• KO : 500 mg/tab
• Ds : 1x sehari 1 tab
• Catatan : tidak boleh < 18 thn
Sefadroksil (gol. Sefalosporin generasi
I)

MK : menghambat sintesis
mukopeptida dinding sel bakteri
• Indikasi : infections of urinary tract,
skin and skin structures; treatment of
pharyngitis and tonsillitis
• ES : neutropenia; thrombocytopenia,
anoreksia, kram perut
• KI : -
• KO : 250; 500 mg/ kapsul
• Ds : 2x sehari 1 kap
Gentamisin (aminoglikosida)

MK : Inhibits production of bacterial

protein  sel mati
• Indikasi : treatment of superficial
ocular infections (ophthalmic);
treatment of superficial skin
infections
• ES : ototoxicity, renal toxicity.
• KI : fungal diseases (ophthalmic)
• KO : gentamisin 0,3% (mata), 1 mg/g
krim (kulit),
• Ds : 4x sehari teteskan, oleskan
Seftriakson (gol sefalosporin generasi III)

MK : Inhibits mucopeptide synthesis in

bacterial cell wall
• Indikasi : Treatment of infeksi sal.nafas
bawah, infections of skin, bone and joint,
urinary tract, gonorrhea,
• ES : Renal dysfunction; hematuria; toxic
nephropathy, neutropenia; leukocytosis;
thrombocytopenia; decreased platelet
function; anemia; hemoragi (pendarahan)
• KI : -
• KO : 1 g (injeksi)
• Ds : 1x sehari 1 g
Eritromisin (gol makrolida)

MK : Interferes with microbial protein

synthesis
• Indikasi : Oral/intravenous use:
Treatment of infections of respiratory
tract, skin, Ophthalmic use: infeksi mata,
Topical use: treatment of acne vulgaris
• ES : gangguan ringan GI
• KI : herpes simplex; fungal disease of
eye
• KO : 500 mg/ kaplet
• Ds : 3xsehari 1 kap
Kotrimoksazol (kombinasi trimetoprim &
sulfametoksazol)

MK : menghambat sintesis asam folat &

asam dihidrofolat
• Indikasi : ISK, diare
• ES : gangguan pencernaan (mual,
muntah, anorexia), kristaluria
• KI : gagal ginjal
• KO : tablet (tablet forte) : trimetoprim 80
(160) mg, sulfa 400 (800) mg
• Ds : 2x sehari 2 tablet (2x sehari 1 tab
forte)
 ANTIVIRUS
Asiklovir (gol nukleosida sintesis)

• MK : Inhibits viral DNA replication

• Indikasi : herpes simpleks, cacar air
• ES : anemia
• KI : -
• KO : 200, 400 mg/tab,
• Ds : 4x / 5x sehari
Zidovudin (gol NRTI)

• MK : Inhibits replication of virus

• Indikasi : HIV
• ES : Blood-related reactions,
Headache and dizziness, Muscle
pain, fever, and rash, gangguan GI
• KO : 100 mg/ kapsul, 300 mg/
tablet
• Ds : 600 mg/day
