Export Concept
Export in general is an activity of issuing
goods from within the Customs Area.
Based on Article 1 paragraph 14 of the
Customs Act. Export is "Goods that have
been loaded into a Carrier Facility for
Issuance of Customs Area are considered to
have been exported and treated as
exported goods."
