It is also called as Lived Values, these are


the values that are lasting and are lived
from day-to-day by the members of an
organization.

PRACTICED CONSISTENTLY
 Putting the values into practice
consistently.
 Values must be both understandable
and attainable. At least members of
the organization must constantly aspire
to practice them.
 Values are the bedrock of exceptional
performance.
 Shared values produce shared results.
