Current Industry trend and TTS strategy

• Indonesian Spinning industry is slowly shifting from Decentralised

sector’s to Centralised sectors there are going to be 5 to 7 Big
companies.
• As Companies growing Bigger and Bigger and Mills scatted over many
places they will look for Operational partners to run the Spinning
mills on behalf of them
• We TTS have an Opportunity to run the Spinning Mills on behalf of
them.
• At present we run three groups – 6 units handled by 7 Expats almost
one per each spinning mill.
• We planned to run the units using Local Indonesian Mill managers
and technicians to reduce Expats as well as to reduce the cost of
Project Consultancy it will add more no of mills.
• Bench marking projects we involve from 6 to 12 expats for initial span
of 6 to 8 months which we are planning to engage 1 or 2 expats and
local technicians where ever required. This will attract more
customers to hire TTS services
