• Positive outlook and backup from HR helps modify behavior resulting in higher

• Creating favorable working environment by providing right and


comfortable working conditions along with peaceful environment.

• Focusing more on extrinsic rewards and including health


insurance policies and child care services for employees and also
introducing “Employee of the Year Award”.

• Training and developing employees for higher position and also


developing policies for promotion to ensure growth opportunity.
Strategies to increase job satisfaction

• Providing appropriate job description to employees and abiding


them to work accordingly and increasing number of staffs if there
is under staffing so that work load can be managed.

• Organizing refreshment programs such as picnic, outings and


futsal tournaments for social interactions between staffs.

• Making employees participate in art of living or meditation classes


for stress control.
