Art that doesn’t show


realistic or accurate
images of people,
places, things, etc.
Instead it contains
colours, patterns,
shapes, etc. that
reflect the artist’s
ideas and feelings.
FIGURATIVE ART

It is the opposite of


abstract art. It
shows recognizable
people, places,
things, etc.

PERFORMANCE ART

INSTALLATION ART

 Art that uses a space to provide a complete experience. It


often makes use of film, projections, sculpture, computers,
etc. to provide a thought-provoking, memorable or theatrical
experience.
ART DEALER

 Someone whose business is buying and selling works of art.
