WHAT IS ADA?

• ADA is The Amercians with Disability Act, ADA prohibits discrimination


for people with disabilities when it comes to employment,
transportation, public accommodations, and may other areas
TITLE II OF ADA

• Title II is the rights that protect people with disabilities from


discrimination based on disability in services, programs and activities
provided by the state and local government
