Who will maintain the complex subsequent to possession ?


The complex shall be maintained by the appointed Maintenance agency on payment of
Maintenance charges.
Is there any penalty on delayed payments?
An interest of 18% P.A compounded quarterly shall be charged on the delayed payment.
Can the booking be cancelled and what would be the financial implications?
Cancellation is possible only after allotment and 10% of the total consideration shall be forfeited.
Are there any transfer charges?
The first transfer is free from any charge for a period of One year from the date of allotment,
however the transfer is possible only after the Allottee has paid 30% of BSP.
