Diversity:

 Diversity is the sum total of the differences which make


individuals who they are, and their collective ability to
contribute to the goals of an organization.

 Basically diversity is more than just toleration differences


as well as on the base of culture.

utilizing the unique talents and contributions of all
individuals.
