Invitation.

Step 1: You can easily click at the Join

meeting link to join the meeting.

Or you can also go to

https://www.webex.com/ and then
join the meeting by using the meeting
number and the meeting password.
Step 2: Once you click on the Join
meeting link, this link will appear,
please make sure you use Google
Chrome for better view.

Then click the Join from your browser

Step 3: enter your name, and the your
email address, the email address must be
the same email you use for receiving this
invitation. Then click Next
Step 4: click Join meeting to join the
meeting, here you can also click to enable
the camera and the microphone, however
you still do it later.
Now you come to the meeting, you can
click to close this pop up.
