How to Join Webex Meetings in UUM Online Learning

1. Go to UUM Online Learning at https://learning5.uum.edu.my

2. Login using your UUMPortal username and password. Choose either I’m a staff or I’m a student.

3. Enter to your course

4. Once you have entered the course, click on Webex Education Connector. You will need to wait up to 30
seconds before it loads.

5. Under Upcoming tab, you will see a meeting list. Check the meeting name, date and time. Press Join.

6. If the meeting has not started, you will get the message as shown below and you have to wait until the
meeting starts.

7. You may require a password to join the meeting. Click copy to copy the password to be used later. Then click
Next to proceed.

8. Cisco Webex Meetings will now start. If you have installed the Webex Meetings app, click on open the
desktop app (1). If you have not, click on Download it now (2) to download the app. Or you can just run this
Webex Meetings through your web browser by clicking on Join from your browser (3).
Note: We would recommend that you install the Webex Desktop app to enjoy more stable connection

9. Click Sign in if you have a Webex Meetings account, or just type in your Name and email address in the
fields. You also can sign in using Google Account, Office 365 account or Facebook account. Press Next to
continue.

10. Enter the meeting password (check your meeting invitation email) and press Next

11. Now, click Join Meeting to start joining the meeting.
