What is Communication skill?
– Communication is sending or receiving ideas, thoughts,
or feelings from one or more people in such a way that,
the person receiving it understands it in the same way the
sender wants him/her to understand.
– It means to convey a message properly.
– How we say what we say plays an important role in the
communication.
