DEMAND DESCRIPTION
Customer‘s idea is to have 9 Loading/ Unloading points (L/U).On every point there will be 2 positions – one
for loading and one for unloading. The AGV will move racks from one point to another. After the AGV
unload the rack the operator from that point will ask AGV to move the finished rack to another point. Idea
is that AGV will not repeat same route continuously, but AGV will get destination point every time after he
unload the rack.

SOLUTION DESCRIPTION
Wait
– Call the AGV back to the waiting zone.
Load
– Call the AGV to the load point. Operator can
use touch pad to ask AGV to next point or
back.
Unload
– Call the AGV to the unload point. Operator
can use touch pad to ask AGV to next point or
back.
Reset
– If any mistake by operators or tasks,
operator an push Reset button to cancel
tasks .
