The Plan

It is projected to be a 6 month project, both structural and cosmetic.

Strict weekly supervision and report:

 Trip to Medellin every Wednesday morning until Saturday Afternoon, to be
on top of the project.

 Report with pictures of any advance done during the week, and expenses by
Saturday afternoon through email.

 Immediate communications of the problems that require guidance and input

from The Board.

 Upload of quotes, material options and pictures on a shared file.
