General Process for the Application of Approval Letter to return to Malaysia from Malaysian Diplomatic Missions Abroad

The applicant may download the LoU

through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or
the Embassy/High Commission/Consulate
General/Consulate of Malaysia’s
(Diplomatic Mission) website/social media
LoU can be downloaded from
the websites of E-mail addresses of all
National Security Council, Malaysian Diplomatic
National Disaster Missions abroad can be
Management Agency, obtained via the link
Immigration Department or below
The applicant is required to fill up the LoU, and
the Ministry of Tourism, Arts https://www.kln.gov.my/
e-mail the scanned copy of the document to the web/guest/malaysian-mi
