But it's that hard-to-pin-down feeling that


separates powerhouse and mediocre brands
from each other.

Purpose –
You might know the popular statement related to a branding –
People don’t want to hear – “What you do?” & are eager to
know “Why you do?”
You should know your business purpose, why you do it? Let’s
forget about your services or products. Focus on your business
purpose, it would help you to find your business vision & assist
you with keeping short & long term goals.

Consistency–
Let’s make consistency in your branding & marketing activities.
Marketing activities gives support to your business branding.
Always keep your customer/audience connected and engaged
with your brand. Communicate with your customers, expect
their feedback, suggestions, clear their doubts & queries & Let
them ask questions too. Be prompt in responding them. Don’t
ever let them disconnect from you.

Emotion –
This is a very interesting part of branding. Do you know? Your customers
are sensitive & emotional about your product or services, i.e. ultimately
with your brand.
They don’t like any irrelevant or unfocused marketing & branding about
their products.
If we do it and give them an unusual experience, audience would not
follow you.
You will lose your loyal customer base.
For Ex. Harley Davidson uses emotional branding by creating a
community around its brand. It began HOG -- Harley Owners Group -- to
connect their customers with their brand (and each other).

Flexibility–
While consistency aims to set the standard for your brand, flexibility
enables you to make adjustments that build interest and distinguish your
approach from that of your competition.

Loyalty–
If you already have people that love you, your company, and your brand,
don’t just sit there. Reward them for that love rather loyalty.
It’s a fortunate thing that business has loyal customers. Creation of loyal
customers it’s a difficult task but not impossible one.
Your service, products & your loyalty towards your customers make your
followers & customers loyal towards you.
At a point you don’t even need influencers to influence your target
audience.

Creating brand loyalty is a difficult task, I would say maintaining the loyal
customer is harder than it.
