(How to create TT&WO)

This screen, a compilation of assignments, graphs and links, is
brought to the user right after login.
Create a TT
In ‘Go to’ menu, select ‘Work Orders’ and select ‘Huawei
Trouble Ticket Tracking’ from the submenu.
Create a TT
Click on in order to begin creating a new TT.

Enter the TT Description (Alarm Name & Site Name)
Create a TT
Although the Site ID can be entered directly, it is usually easier to select
from the list. Click to open the menu.

Then select the ‘Select Value’ item in order to open the Site List window.

Write part of the site name between ‘%’ symbols or write the 3G Site ID in the
relevant box and press ‘Enter’ on your keyboard.

You have narrowed your search, now find and click on the site name you were
looking for.

When a site name is selected, the information about the relevent boxes are
entered automaticaly by the system. The next step is to select the alarm type.
Create a TT
Find the relevant alarm type on the list and click on it. It will be copied to the TT
automaticaly.

Now do the same for the Alarm Code.

Alarms generated by RNC’s and NodeB’s have alarm codes starting with RNC and NodeB,
respectively. You can either Browse or Filter the list to find the right alarm name and
code.

The last required field for creating a TT is the ‘Alarm Start
Date’.

Find and enter the exact date and time, then click ‘OK’.

Now you can save the TT. This means, TT has been created
and sent to the Maximo server.

The TT is now created. Click on (Route Workflow) button
in order to start the process.

The system will bring you a dialog box. Decide whether you
should escalate the TT to Back Office or not and click .

Now the TT is assigned to the relevant users or groups.
Create a WO
Let’s take a look on ‘Work Orders’ tab.
Create a WO
Please note that this Work Order tab is under ‘Huawei Trouble Ticket
Tracking’ page and shows only the WO(s) related to a specific TT.
Therefore there isn’t any WO displayed on the list yet.
Create a WO
To create a WO, go to the ‘Select Action’ dropdown menu, select
‘Workflow’ and click on ‘Work Order’ on the submenu.

The WO is created now and assigned automatically to the relevant user(s)
or group(s). Please note that the WO is now in the ‘Related Work
Orders’ list.

Click the button and select ‘Go To Huawei Work Order Tracking’.

The created WO can be seen more in details on this page.

A ‘Communication’ on this WO can be created as seen on the picture below. This is
done in order to e-mail the related user(s) or group(s).

Click on the next to the ‘Template’ box and choose the
WOREQ template.

The e-mail body, e-mail subject, ‘To’ and ‘Cc’ will be filled
automaticaly by the system. Now, click .

Finally, click at the upper right corner of the screen to
navigate back to the Huawei Trouble Ticket Tracking page.
The TT you created will be listed at the bottom of the list.
SUMMARY
 Create TT:
• Enter the TT Description.
• Enter alarm type, code, date and time.
• Save TT
• Route Workflow
SUMMARY
 Create WO:
• Click ‘Create Work Order’ in the ‘Select Action’
menu under ‘Huawei Trouble Ticket Tracking’
page.
• Go to ‘Huawei Work Order Tracking’ page
using the link next to WO number.
• Click ‘Create Communication’ in the ‘Select
Action’ menu.
• Select the relevant template and click send.
