Step 1:
Take out all parts in the box and raise the chassis
about 40 cm height for ease of assembly work.

Step 2:
Insert the handlebar stem to the steerer, tighten
the clamp and the setting screw.

Step 3:
Connect the left steering link rod.

Step 4:
Assemble the pedals to crank arms at both sides.*
This step will not affect any other sub-assembly, you can decide do it now or later.

*Note: Always screw the “R” pedals on the

chainwheel side clockwise and the “L” pedals on
the crank side counterclockwise. Make sure they
are tightened.

Step 5:
Assemble the bow and front bumper to the chassis.

Step 6:
Assemble the front wheels to the front axle and
hook the front V brake cable.
*Tools needed:10mm Allen key wrench, 19mm open wrench.

Step 7:
Assemble the rear wheels to the rear dropouts and
hook the rear V brake cable.

Step 8:
Assemble the luggage tray.

Step 9:
Assemble the seats, and insert the grip shifter on
the right seat handlebar.

Step 10:
Assemble the kit seat to the kit seat stays, and assemble the
kit seat subassembly to the main chassis. Insert the safety
bar.

Step 11:
Assemble the canopy.

Step 12:
Align the handlebar and front wheels, adjust the
derailleurs and brakes, and check all bolts and nuts
are tight. Note: If you remove the canopy, 2Rider can stand up to save storage space.
