Overview
• To make WFH more efficient and more organized, the QC team should
try to implement more cloud based software, so it is more
collaborative and easier to communicate

• It is has been very taxing to manage Outlook and Skype messages.


Chatroom/Threads
• A place everyone can contribute/share information and updates
• See what is happening in different topics, such as lab move,
scheduling, ordering, calibration due dates, trending, etc

Software:
• Just ACTIVATE Microsoft teams. We have the software licenses
already.
• Slack
Scheduling
• A go to central location for all the things that is happening in RWC and
Menlo Park location.
• Anything but Sharepoint calendar

Software:
Airtable, Asana, Google calendar, Notion
