RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
• Research can be systematic searching and collecting valuable data and facts about
the topic and landing to a desirable conclusion. The main aim of research is to find
out the choice the customer makes and his perception while selecting a property or
buying the house.
•  This survey is limited to Quantitative method I.e. Questionnaire rotation, that is
mainly done in the client base of Mumbai and another nearby locality .
• . And when we come to secondary data the information exists somewhere, having
been collected for other purposes, sources include Census Reports, trade publication,
internet sources, research papers, and published reports by various institutions

• Dependent Variable::Households who do not own a house but intend


to buy one in the near future, Households with one self-owned
house, House Purchase Intention 
• Independent Variable:: Have fixed income. Investment, Developer,
distance
