wisdom and guidance on those scientists
and researchers seeking vaccines and
rapid testing platforms. Our Lady, Help of
Christians, intercede for us!
We offer this 2nd Decade: For a full
and speedy recovery for those
suffering from the coronavirus. For
protection of their family members
and all those who are at risk of getting
or transmitting the virus. Our Lady,
Help of Christians, intercede for us!
We offer this 3rd Decade: For
God’s abundant mercy on the
souls of those who have died
from coronavirus. For strength
and consolation for their grieving
families. Our Lady, Help of
Christians, intercede for us!
We offer this 4th Decade: For
protection on those who are most
vulnerable to coronavirus: the elderly,
those with compromised immune
systems, those who have been
travelling abroad, those who are in
quarantine. Our Lady, Help of
Christians, intercede for us!
We offer this 5th Decade: For an
expedient halt to the spread of the
virus. For churches and schools to be
reopened, and for people to be able
to return to their normal daily
activities with a deepened faith and
love for God. Our Lady, Help of
Christians, intercede for us!
Let us pray… O Mary, you always
shine on our path as a sign of
salvation and of hope. We entrust
ourselves to you, Health of the
Sick, who at the cross took part in
Jesus’ pain, keeping your faith
firm.
You, Salvation of the Roman
People, know what we need,
and we are sure you will provide
so that, as in Cana of Galilee, we
may return to joy and to feasting
after this time of trial.
Help us, Mother of Divine Love,
to conform to the will of the Father
and to do as we are told by Jesus,
who has taken upon himself our
sufferings and carried our sorrows to
lead us, through the cross, to the joy
of the resurrection. Amen.
Under your protection, we seek
refuge, Holy Mother of God. Do not
disdain the entreaties of we who are
in trial, but deliver us from every
danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin.

God our Father,
We come to you in our need
To ask your protection against the
COVID-19,
That has claimed lives
And has affected many.
We pray for your grace
For the people tasked with studying

Of this virus and its disease
And of stemming the tide of its
transmission.
Guide the hands and minds of medical
experts
That they may minister to the sick
With competence and compassion,
And of those governments and private
agencies
That must find cure and solution to this
pandemic.

May they be restored to health soon.
Grant us the grace

Day 9
Father in Heaven, have mercy on us
and on the whole world. We come to
you today with our fears and concerns
-- You know what's in our hearts. We
love You, trust You, we need You. We
ask You to be with us. Stay with us.
Help us through these times of
uncertainty and sorrow.
We know you are the Divine
Physician, the healer of all. And so
we ask that you bring your loving
and healing presence to all those
who are sick and suffering right
now. Please comfort them.
Please be with the grieving
families of those who have
passed away.
Please have mercy on those
who have died, may they be
with You in heaven.

professionals who are putting
themselves at risk while they work to
bring healing to others.

sorrowful. Please heal us. Send us your

Lord Jesus Christ,

You traveled through towns and villages
curing every disease and illness.
At your command, the sick was made
well.
Come to our aid now, amidst the
global spread of the coronavirus,
that we may experience your
healing love.
Jesus Christ, healer of all, stay by
our side in this time of uncertainty
and sorrow.
Be with the doctors, nurses,
researches and all medical
practitioners who seek to heal
and help those affected and who
put themselves at risk in the
process.
May you give them Your Divine
protection and peace. Be with the
leaders of all nations. Give them
the foresight to act with charity
and true concern for the well-
being of the people they are
meant to serve.
Give them the wisdom to invest
in long-term solutions that will
help prepare for or prevent
future outbreaks. May they
receive Your peace, as they work
together to achieve it on earth.
Wherever we are, surrounded by
many people suffering from this
illness or only a few, stay with us
Lord, as we endure and mourn,
persist and prepare. In place of
our anxiety, give us Your peace.
Lord Jesus Christ, heal us.
