outlook towards CSR initiative ,often defining CSR
initiative donar driven than local in approach. a

Communication in right sense of the right act, to the right


people lead to success to perform perpetually. media plays
important role in spreading good news about the CSR
initiative. which helps in gaining visibility, often leading NGSOs
to participate.

Conclusion
We cannot say which one is better but can discuss
which is important for a company.
Usually profit maximization is opted especially for
swifter decision making abilities of the management
teams and for the interest of shareholders, CSR is
considered.
Profit maximization and CSR once seemed to be
two-way road, in reality, they may be coin with two
sides- what constitute of two sides-money.
