INTRODUCTION
 ABOUT k.B.S BRICK INDUSTRY
K.B.S Brick Industry is one of the popular Brick
Industry in Manipur situtated in Langjing
Achouba, imphal west owned by k(o) Ibemhal
Devi, w/o K Brijit Singh. It is semi mechanised
brick industry.
The brick extruder machine installed in the field
has a capacity of producing 2500- 3000 bricks
per hour. Its kiln has 28 chamber and each
chamber has the capacity of 14- 15(‘000’) bricks.
The workers are working for 8 hour a days, 7
days a week. The availability of workers in
cheaper rate is one of the advantages of brick
industry.
The seasonal changes affects the normal
working of brick field. The stock of raw
material for six months has tobe maintain
before the monsoon came.
