What is IoT?
The Internet of Things (IoT) is
the network of physical
objects
that contain embedded
technology to communicate
and sense
or interact with their internal
states or the external
environment.

• Sensor converts the physical parameter (for
example: temperature, blood pressure,
humidity, speed, etc.) into a signal which can
be measured electrically.

• IEEE 802.15.4 is a technical standard
which defines the operation of 
low-rate wireless personal area networks.

wireless technology designed to use low-
power digital radio signals for personal area
networks.
