I Believe

I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of

heaven
and earth, and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our
Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius
Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; he
descended into hell;
on the third day he rose again
from the dead;
I Believe
he ascended into heaven and is
seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty;
from there he will come to judge the living and the
dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church,
the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting.
Amen.
HAIL HOLY QUEEN
Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, hail our life, our
sweetness and our hope!
To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve.
To thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping
in this valley of tears!
Turn, then, O most gracious Advocate, thy eyes of mercy
toward us, and after this, our exile, show unto us the
blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.
THE MEMORARE
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was
it known that anyone who fled to thy protection,
implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left
unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, we fly unto thee, O Virgin of
virgins, my mother; to thee do we come, before thee we
stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word
Incarnate, despise not our petitions, but in thy mercy
hear and answer us.
Amen
Prayer to the Sacred Heart
Oh Lord Jesus Christ, to Your most Sacred Heart we
confide these intentions {name petitions}.
Only look upon us, then do what Your love inspires. Let
Your Sacred Heart decide.
We count on You. We trust in You. We throw ourselves on
Your mercy. Lord Jesus, You will not fail us.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, we trust in You.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, we believe in Your love for us.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, Your kingdom come.
Prayer to the Sacred Heart
Sacred Heart of Jesus, we have asked You for many
favours, but we earnestly implore these.
Take them, place them in Your open Heart.
When the Eternal Father looks upon them, He will see
them covered with Your Precious Blood.
They will no longer be our prayer, but Yours, Jesus. Sacred
Heart of Jesus,
We place all our trust in You. Let us not be disappointed.
Amen.
St. Joseph’s Prayer
Oh, St. Joseph, whose protection is so great, so strong, so
prompt before the throne of God. We place in you all our
interests and desires. Oh, St. Joseph, do assist us by your
powerful intercession, and obtain for us from your divine
Son all spiritual blessings, through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
So that, having engaged here below your heavenly power,
we may offer our thanksgiving and homage to the most
loving of Fathers.
St. Joseph’s Prayer
Oh, St. Joseph, we never weary of contemplating you,
and Jesus asleep in your arms; we dare not approach
while He reposes so near to your heart. Press Him close
to our names and, kiss His fine head for us and, ask him
to return the Kiss when we draw our dying breath. St.
Joseph, Patron of departing souls - Pray for us.
Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.
Be our defence against the wickedness and snares of the
Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do thou, O
Prince of the heavenly hosts, by the power of God, cast
into hell Satan, and all the evil spirits, /who prowl about
the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
Divine Mercy- Opening Prayers
You expired, Jesus, but the source of life which gushed
forth for souls, and the ocean of mercy opened up for the
whole world. O Fount of Life, unfathomable Divine Mercy,
envelop the whole world and empty Yourself out upon
us.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of

Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!
Divine Mercy- Closing Prayers
Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury
of compassion --- inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and
increase Your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we
might not despair nor become despondent, but with
great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will,
which is Love and Mercy itself.
Prayer to the Holy Trinity
Glory be to the Father,
Who by His almighty power and love created us,
making us in the image and likeness of God.
Glory be to the Son,
Who by His Precious Blood delivered us from hell,
and opened for us the gates of heaven.
Glory be to the Holy Spirit,
Who has sanctified us in the sacrament of Baptism,
and continues to sanctify us
by the graces we receive daily from His bounty.
Glory be to the Three adorable Persons of the Holy Trinity,
now and forever.
Amen.
