RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a long-term
autoimmune disorder that primarily affects joints. It
typically results in warm, swollen, and painful joints.
Pain and stiffness often worsen following rest. Most
commonly, the wrist and hands are involved, with the
same joints typically involved on both sides of the body.
The disease may also affect other parts of the body.

DIAGNOSIS
 Final diagnosis- on the basis of subjective and
objective evidence the diagnosis was RHEUMATOID
ARTHERITIS with HTN.
FINDINGS
•The patient was diagnosed to have RHEUMATOID
ARTHERITIS with HTN on the basis of lab
parameters and physical examination.
•The patient was also diagnosed with symptoms
and presence of fungal infection(tinea corporis) on
the left toe.
•Patient was investigated and relieved on
discharge.
•So, the case was rational.
