INFORMATION ABOUT PROJECT:-AUTOMATION OF POLYMER BALLS FILLINGS

 As our industry had another issue where the hoppers of

the plastic moulding machine where filled manually. So
they gave us a new project as to make a automatic
system of the polymer ball filling in the hopper.
 The problem faced by the industry are their production
line used to get disturbed as they run out of polymer ball
so they use to take approximately 3 hour to remove the
air in the system and
So we thought and designed a system which basically an proximity sensors , motor pump , ultra sonic sensor ,
safety switch and some micro controller
 pump will transport the hopper and after it reaches the maximum level the motor will stop the system
 CONCLUSION

 Various manufacturing processes were

observed and practised. Knowledge
about electronic components was gained.
Also got familiar with manufacturing
and assembly line
