HOW IT IMPACTED
TEENAGERS?
Mobile phones addiction is defined as a habitual drive to
continue to use one’s mobile phones repeatedly despite
any negative impact on one’s well-being (Roberts, Yaya,
& Manolis, 2014).
STRESS

• The addiction toward phone make them to be unproductive


• They will having hard time to go back in track and lose the motivation to study
• Too much on phones will lead the students to not complete the task that has been given by their
teachers in school
SLEEP LOSS

• We need 7 to 8 hours of sleep


• Symptom of fatigue
• Most teenagers are not aware
• Do not care and rather enjoy texting
Cyberbullying is the use of information and
communication technology to harass and harm in a
deliberate, repetitive and hostile manner
(Stopbullying.gov, 2014).
CYBERBULLYING

• Major issue within teenagers.


• Platform for teenagers to express their disagreement towards any issues related to their personal
life.
• Tends to cause the victim to mentally abuse
Messias et al. (2014) surveyed 15,425 US teenagers
regarding risky behaviour. The results found 32.8% of
teenagers reported they had been cyberbullied and out of
those teenagers 14.7% had suffered from sadness, which
can be a sign of depression and feeling suicidal.
