FINAL DECISION:

We think the better option for CafeRoma, it’s create a new


product with a better price and approachable to buy. Another
innovation strategy is to combine products, coffee with milk,
cappuccino, and also provide the service of offering instant
coffee at gas stations, supermarkets, fairs, they must leave the
brand in mind of consumers. Finally make a campaign for the
repositioning of the product.
