 Apostolic Constitution is the
highest level decree issued by
the Pope.

 Itwas promulgated by Paul VI

on December 07 1965.

the Catholic Church teaching’s
about the humanity’s relationship
to society, especially in reference
to economics, poverty, social
justice, culture, science,
technology and ecumenism.
