Double pump hydraulic system
Pressure intensifier circuit
Counter balance circuit
Counterbalance valve connected at the
rod end of the cylinder maintains the
pressure such that the piston does not
descend rapidly with the load. Flow
from the cylinder will have to flow out
only when the valve is opened, which
happens only when the sensed
pressure in the line exceeds the set
value. Check valve will not allow flow
from/out of the cylinder. Free flow into
the cylinder happens through the check
valve.
