Morning Routine

● Wake up early so you can be dressed in your uniform, have a good breakfast,
and be ready to go!
● Make sure you have your pencil case, computer charger, water and school
books ready.
● Between 8:00 and 8:10, check your daily schedule and any morning messages
which will be posted on your Google Classroom.
● Log in to your class Zoom or Google Meet no later than 8:15 for attendance.
● At 8:20, you will go to your first class!
Daily Routine
Daily
● Attendance will be taken at 8:15 and 12:40. If you do not
arrive on time for online attendance, you will be marked absent.
● We have our lessons according to the daily schedule.
● Students must attend all of their classes.
● You must eat your lunch during the lunch break from 11:55-12:40, not during
class time.

End of Day
● From 3:00-4:00 students, teachers will be available to answer student
questions. Student’s must use this time.

Students must wear their

charged every day (When we
resume in classes, they must
have HK plug chargers.)

Homework
While we will try and complete
as much work as we can during
the day, your child may be asked
to finish any incomplete work for
homework.
Absent Students
It is the student’s responsibility
to complete any work covered
during their absence.
They will be able to follow along
with lessons and classwork.

Online Platforms
Google Classroom (for students)
To start, each students will have been added to a Google Classroom
with homeroom news and information. This is where you will find your
class timetable for the beginning of the day.

After we get started the school year, students will join classrooms for each subject. This is
where you will find:
● assignments
● resources
● links
● rubrics for assessments
**Students should treat Google Classroom as they would the physical classroom. Comments and
discussions should be limited to school topics.
How to login to Google Classroom
The student will use their username
and password from their consumable
package to sign into Google.
Ex. Username/email:
00000@delia.edu.hk

Then enter your password.


How to Support Your Child Online
● Make sure they are up and ready just like a normal
school day!
● Help your child become familiar with their
timetable (you can have it posted somewhere
they’ll see regularly)
● Students should have a work area where they will
be sitting up in a chair to help them be focused and
comfortable.
● Familiarize yourself with Google Suite (Drive,
Classroom, Meets and Hangout)
